As our platform provides immediate access to digital AI generation services which consume computational resources upon use, all purchases (including subscriptions and credit top-ups) are generally final and non-refundable.
2Subscription Plans
Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. You will retain access to your plan's features and credits until the end of your current billing cycle.
3Credit Top-ups
Credit packages purchased as top-ups are strictly non-refundable once the transaction is complete and credits have been added to your account.
4Exceptions
We may grant refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges due to technical errors. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
5Account Termination
If your account is terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., generating illegal or prohibited content), you will not be eligible for any refunds for unused credits or remaining subscription time.
