1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Mage AI Media ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2Account Registration
You must register for an account to use the Platform's AI generation features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3Credit System
The Platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI generation features. Monthly subscription credits reset at the end of each billing cycle. Top-up credits do not expire. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy.
4Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to: generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content; violate intellectual property rights; attempt to reverse-engineer AI models; share account credentials; or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform's operation.
5Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts you create. Generated content is licensed to you for commercial and personal use, subject to the respective AI model provider's terms. Free-tier content may include a Mage AI Media watermark.
6Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed through Fiuu (formerly Razer Merchant Services). All purchases are generally final and non-refundable, as detailed in our Refund Policy.
7Limitation of Liability
Mage AI Media provides AI-generated content on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of generated content. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
8Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
