1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Gen AI Media ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2Account Registration
You must register for an account to use the Platform's AI generation features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3Credit System
The Platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI generation features. Monthly subscription credits reset at the end of each billing cycle. Top-up credits do not expire. Credits are non-transferable. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
4Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to: generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content; violate intellectual property rights; attempt to reverse-engineer AI models; share account credentials; or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform's operation.
5Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts you create. Generated content is licensed to you for commercial and personal use, subject to the respective AI model provider's terms. Free-tier content may include a Gen AI Media watermark. Users must have the legal right to use the page content they submit through the browser extension.
6Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed through Fiuu (formerly Razer Merchant Services). All completed purchases are generally non-refundable once credits or services have been successfully delivered or consumed. Refund requests for duplicate transactions, technical billing errors, verified platform delivery failures or other exceptional failures to provide the purchased service as described may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for the request process and exclusions. Nothing in these refund terms limits your rights under applicable law.
7Limitation of Liability
Gen AI Media provides AI-generated content on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of generated content. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
8Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The Platform and its features are provided by GENAI MEDIA SDN. BHD. Tencent has no affiliation or association with this service and does not sponsor, approve or endorse it. If the relevant 3D generation capability is enabled, the Tencent Hunyuan 3D 2.1 model and materials are subject to its Community License Agreement. Copyright © 2025 Tencent; all rights reserved. Tencent or its affiliates own the Tencent Hunyuan trademarks. This licence excludes the European Union, United Kingdom and South Korea; related works and outputs may not be used or displayed in those territories. Users must comply with the licence and acceptable use policy and must not use the works or outputs to improve other AI models, except permitted model derivatives.
